With all the construction going on in and around Talus, it might be a good thing to expedite the pending bus service to Talus so that those of us who commute
and are forced to deal with the traffic at Talus Road and Renton-Issaquah Road. It would take a number of cars out of the equation at that intersection and could
be used, instead of the car, to get to the new Issaquah Transit Center to access bus service to many other work areas.

Hi Tim,
I’m going to answer this in email too since I don’t know if you’ll be watching the web site for a response.
GAIT is a citizen advocacy group so we don’t have a whole lot of power to make the kind of change you’re proposing. However you might want to join our mailing list and try sending this info out there to see if there are any other Talus folks on there who might want to get together to try to make something happen. You can go here to join the mailing list (it’s very low volume, one to a few messages a month at the moment) http://groups.google.com/group/gettingaroundissaquah
Other than that, your best bet would be to contact the city council, especially the members of the Council Transportation Committee: Joshua Schaer (chair), Fred Butler, and Eileen Barber.
Thanks for your comment.
